Job Summary

As a Senior Business Systems Specialist, you will play a vital role in the success of our Guidewire ClaimCenter system. You will be responsible for all aspects of this critical application, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support for troubleshooting and resolving system issues, collaborating with technical teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the system's functionality, processes, and configurations. Contribute to training materials and sessions for users at all levels.
  • Proactively analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to leverage Guidewire ClaimCenter to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead projects related to system enhancements or new functionality implementations, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business units and IT teams, providing in-depth knowledge of the system and its capabilities to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
  • Three years of experience supporting business technology systems, preferably within the property casualty insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with both technical and non-technical audiences.
