- Merchandising: Merchandise and ensure a clean, pleasant shopping experience for customers while understanding what is seasonally appropriate.
- Record Keeping: Keep clear records for inventory, staff, and other miscellaneous paperwork.
- Experience: 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media platforms.
- Time Management: Ability to effectively time-manage.
- Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt.
