Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at YOUR DOLLAR STORE. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty.
  • Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, and ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, reconcile sales and inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
