About the Role

As a Sales Representative for CB Canada's Climate Control Services, you will be responsible for renting and selling our diverse line of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within assigned territory. Focused primarily on design-engineered heating, cooling, and drying solutions for construction industry with a focus on large construction projects. The typical customer base constitutes a mix of general and specialty contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with a variety of sellers across our General Tool and other Specialty Businesses to cross-sell and promote CB Canada's resources.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience obtained in HVAC or heavy equipment rental industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/service industry.
  • Current/valid driver's license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to design gas and electrical systems, with solid analytical math skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability.
