Position Overview

The role of a Culinary Support Staff at NOODLE 42 involves assisting in various kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient food service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Setting: Arrange clean dishes, cutlery, and other dining essentials in serving areas.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashing equipment to maintain cleanliness of kitchenware.
  • Food Packaging: Prepare take-out meals and ensure proper portioning and wrapping of food items.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in heating and finishing simple culinary creations.
  • Customer Service: Serve patrons at counters or buffet stations, taking orders as needed.
  • Stock Management: Organize and replenish supplies in refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Cleaning Duties: Manage the disposal of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits as required.
Qualifications
