We are a reputable banquet and grill house seeking a skilled Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our bar, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop a comprehensive budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we maintain a profitable margin.

Operations Evaluation

Evaluate the daily operations of the bar, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Revenue Monitoring

Monitor revenues to determine labor costs, ensuring that we are operating within our budget and making informed decisions about staffing and resource allocation.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet our high standards.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Marketing and Events

Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to promote our bar and increase revenue through events and promotions.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and resources to meet customer demand.

Client Relations

Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships and ensuring that we meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience

Language

English

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
