- Order supplies and equipment, optimizing kitchen efficiency and reducing waste.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
- Organized and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Support for newcomers and refugees, including foreign credential recognition.
- Support for Indigenous people, including mentorship and networking opportunities.
- Permanent position, 35 hours per week, with English as the primary language of work.
