Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement promotional materials to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage contracts and negotiate agreements to secure business services.
- Market business services to clients and stakeholders, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.
- Plan and control budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and expenditure management.
- Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to engage with our audience.
- Direct and evaluate establishments and departments responsible for communication strategies and information programs.
- Direct and evaluate media relations teams, ensuring effective representation of our organization.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising campaigns to promote the sales of our products and services.
- Act as a spokesperson for Avalon College Limited o/a Avalon Career College, representing our organization in a professional manner.
- Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, providing expert guidance and support.
- Answer written and oral inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials, ensuring high-quality content.
- Coordinate special publicity events and promotions, leveraging our brand to drive engagement.
- Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, gathering valuable insights to inform our marketing strategies.
- Initiate and maintain contact with the media, building relationships and securing coverage.
- Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions, engaging our audience and promoting our brand.
- Prepare sports, literary, performance, or other contracts, ensuring compliance with our organization's policies and procedures.
- Gather, research, and prepare communications material, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- More than 20 people in supervision.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
