Job Title: Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman

Davidson Contract Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and goals
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Perform repair work on heavy trucks to ensure they are in good working condition
Requirements:
  • 11-15 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
