Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hair Care Specialist to join our vibrant team at Dark Shugar Hair and Beauty. This is a permanent position with a focus on providing exceptional hair care services.

Employment Details
  • Employment Type: Permanent

  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Work Environment
  • Relocation: Costs not covered by employer
  • Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments for clients
  • Shampoo and condition clients' hair
  • Oversee the work of other hair stylists and staff
  • Guide apprentices and students during their training
  • Apply hair extensions as needed
  • Clean and style wigs and hairpieces
  • Recommend hairstyles that suit clients' features and preferences
  • Perform receptionist duties as required
  • Manage inventory and order supplies
Supervision

Responsible for supervising 1 to 2 individuals.
