Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at CAE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing project management tasks to support the business unit (Defence & Security) on the delivery of post-delivery projects, services, spares, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute project management processes to support stakeholders in decision-making, planning, controlling, and monitoring of project activities.
- Lead project authorization process with finance and liaise with Project Management and Finance to set up warranty projects and budget.
- Execute all project initiation, setup, and closures, and support resolution of complex project activities.
- Prepare Notice of Visit (NOV), customer meeting logistic preparation, and prepare Commercial Invoice for ad hoc shipments.
- Maintain SharePoint and support Export Control process and payment reporting to the Export Control Group.
- Execute project and portfolio business financials cycle, providing reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Perform monthly financials reviews, analysis with management, and create annual and monthly forecasting reports on Spares, Repairs, Services.
- Develop measurements & analysis methodologies, key financial and performance indicators, and reporting key financial and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or College degree and 8-12 yrs of related experience.
- Results-Driven, invest time on task-adding value and is financial conscious when delivering results.
- Show resilience when facing obstacles.
- Customer-client focus.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to partner with and influence individuals.
- Capable of working on multiple projects with little guidance.
- Good organizational skills.
