Position Overview

As a Sous-Chef at 902776 N.W.T. Limited, you will play a vital role in our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyze operating costs and other relevant data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals regularly, including special dishes for events and guests.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate in planning menus that meet quality standards and cater to various dietary needs.
  • Supply Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies as necessary.
  • Equipment Oversight: Arrange for the purchase and repair of kitchen equipment.
  • Client Consultation: Work with clients to plan and execute weddings, banquets, and specialty functions.
