Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the effective implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for IT processes and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our IT systems and processes.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
