About the Role

The Executive Council Office is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our comprehensive information management program, IT, and system development. As the Manager of Information Management and Technology, you will provide strategic oversight, advice, and recommendations to the department related to the above systems and programs, as well as provide corporate information management guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Executive Council Office's comprehensive information management program, IT, and system development.
  • Provide strategic oversight, advice, and recommendations to the department related to the above systems and programs.
  • Provide corporate information management guidance and support.
  • Lead and implement strategic projects related to information management and technology.
  • Manage human, financial, and material resources to support the achievement of key strategic and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Completion of a post-secondary program with a focus in public administration, computer science, information management, or a related discipline.
  • Considerable experience managing a comprehensive records management program.
  • Considerable experience managing IT services and programs, including service desk and system development projects.
  • Experience leading and implementing strategic projects.
  • Experience in managing human, financial, and material resources.
