Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Manage inventory and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
    • Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
    • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
