Sales and Customer Service Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in Mission Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations and manage a team of retail staff.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
