Sales Director

Cascade Powersports Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales General Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on team development and performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and driving business growth
