As the Senior Product Manager, Omnichannel Platform, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Omnichannel Platform, enabling engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class set of platform services for international retail at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Steer the strategic product roadmap from discovery, design, delivery, and support
  • Leverage industry-leading skills and experience in Retail Platform capability development to enhance our ability to operate internationally at scale
  • Lead the effort in budget and resource planning, collaborating with senior business and technology leaders to shape the vision and strategy
  • Oversee the platform's lifecycle from cradle to grave, playing a crucial role in shaping the platform used by all developers at Arc'teryx

The Omnichannel team serves business services and underlying integration platforms globally for Arc'teryx, with both local and remote team members. Collaboratively, we drive new platform development to meet business demands with unmatched speed and flexibility.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering end-to-end product lifecycle of platform services owned by Omnichannel Platform
  • Collaborating with the Director of Engineering to communicate the strategic vision and align technology product strategy with company goals and vision
  • Building strong partnerships with business product owners and sponsors to understand, empathize, and create a compelling vision and strategic 1-3 year roadmap for the platform
  • Owning the intake process for work brought into the platform, communicating request status, priority, and capacity
  • Working with the Director of Engineering to define and track budget and resources for the platform, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in a technical environment
  • 3+ years' professional experience in software development or developer tools
  • 2+ years' experience working with APIs, Cloud technology, and backend server technology
  • Technical background and/or strong experience in a technical environment
  • Demonstrated success working in an agile methodology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $122,000 - $152,000 per year, plus a bonus program and benefits.
