Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at GameStop. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and providing recommendations to customers.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Setting: Electronics specialty shop.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, goal-oriented, positive attitude, time management, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, team player, excellent oral communication.
- Flexible Scheduling: 3 to 15 hours per week.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
