About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable organization that provides essential services to children in need. As an Outreach Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our fundraising and program activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of fundraising strategies and events.
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to build relationships and secure support.
- Assist with the coordination of program activities, including food package distribution and volunteer management.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our social media presence and online platforms.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of recent relevant experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
What We Offer:
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with occasional evening and weekend work.
- Competitive annual salary range ($42,000 - $47,000) based on experience.
