Operations Manager

Eggsmart is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our goals and objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our operations team, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans that align with our business objectives, ensuring that we are meeting our targets and improving our efficiency.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of our operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with our stakeholders, including our customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure that we are meeting their needs and expectations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or operations management.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving operational excellence.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Work Environment: Our operations are based in a restaurant setting, with a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
