Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Assistance with Personal Hygiene: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
