Job Summary

Access Corporate Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Military Policy Advisor to reinforce our team and support the integration and coherence of select joint force and capability development projects and initiatives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our team on military policy and strategy, with a focus on integration and interoperability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance on military policy and strategy to support the integration and coherence of select joint force and capability development projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and address strategic defense policy objectives and enable the Vice Chief of Defence Staff with DND/CAF joint force development.
  • Focus on integration and interoperability, operating within the seams of the joint environment.
  • Responsible for Pan Domain Command and Control (PDC2), Digital Transformation (DT), Operational Sustainment (OS) optimization, Joint Targeting (JT), and Joint Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (JISR).
  • Connect initiatives, identify barriers, and reinforce success.
  • Integrate military capabilities being delivered by the DND/CAF program into a System of Systems (SoS) that support multiple, interrelated, and interoperable joint capabilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in military policy and strategy, with experience in integration and interoperability. They will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to our team, and collaborate with us to achieve our goals.
