Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Military Policy Advisor Senior to join our team at Access Corporate Technologies Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the field of defence policy and capability development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reinforce Department of National Defence/Canadian Armed Forces (DND/CAF) force and capability development staff to support the integration and coherence of select joint force and capability development projects and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on defence policy and capability development to our clients.
  • Support the integration and interoperability of military capabilities being delivered by the DND/CAF program into a System of Systems (SoS) that support multiple, interrelated, and interoperable joint capabilities.
  • Augment Level 1 organizations to achieve unity of effort in the delivery of defence capabilities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defence policy and capability development, with experience working with the DND/CAF. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
