About This Exciting Role:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven customer service professional to become a part of our dynamic Appointment Contact Center team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage both incoming and proactive outbound communications
- Foster relationships with clients by:
- Identifying their needs
- Providing informed recommendations
- Addressing concerns
- Coordinating appointments
- Maintain and update the client database
- Collaborate in a performance-driven environment with like-minded professionals dedicated to supporting individuals with hearing challenges
- Completion of postsecondary education or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, call center, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound communications
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, capable of building trust with clients, particularly within a senior demographic
- Comfortable in a goal-oriented and performance-based call center environment (previous experience is advantageous)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving setting
- Proficient with technology and systems, including scheduling software, CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, or other collaborative platforms
- Open to a hybrid work schedule (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) with in-office work required 2 days per week.
