Job Title: Commis spécialisé à la trésorerie

Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) spécialiste de la trésorerie pour rejoindre notre équipe financière dynamique. Le titulaire du poste sera chargé(e) d'effectuer diverses tâches de soutien en matière de trésorerie, notamment la gestion de la trésorerie en collaboration avec ses coéquipier(ères), y compris la comptabilisation des transactions journalières, l'analyse de cas et de recherche d'information pour assurer un service à la clientèle et une communication efficace auprès de nos magasins, nos centres de distribution, le personnel des sièges sociaux et la banque.

Responsabilités principales

  1. Effectuer sur une base hebdomadaire l'enregistrement des opérations bancaires à partir de diverses interfaces de la banque, effectuer les dépôts de chèques et les écritures de journal afférentes.
  2. Veiller à la gestion de la trésorerie sur une base quotidienne pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels, c'est-à-dire préparation de virements entre comptes bancaires, achats de devises étrangères, préparations de paiement à partir de la plateforme bancaire, paiement des acomptes provisionnels, préparation de traites bancaires.
  3. Effectuer sur une base mensuelle la réconciliation des émissions de paiements par chèque, câble et transfert électronique, la réconciliation de la paie, les réconciliations bancaires et les déclarations de taxes à la consommation.
  4. Communiquer régulièrement avec nos fournisseurs de services et les banques afin d'assurer un service à la clientèle et supporter les opérations dans leurs activités.
  5. UAP Inc. étant assujetti à la loi Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), le commis spécialisé à la trésorerie participe activement au déroulement de l'audit financier et l'audit des contrôles internes SOX.
  6. Faire partie du changement en participant à des projets d'amélioration continue et d'automatisation de certaines tâches.
  7. Supporter la croissance du groupe UAP Inc. en procédant à l'ouverture et à la fermeture de comptes bancaires suite aux nombreuses acquisitions d'entreprise.
  8. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez à collaborer régulièrement avec des collègues de travail basés à travers le Canada.

Qualifications requises

Pour vous joindre à notre équipe, il vous faut, entre autres :

  1. DEP en comptabilité avec 5 ans d'expérience ou DEC en comptabilité avec 2 ans d'expérience.
  2. En tant que bilingue (français et anglais) à l'oral et à l'écrit, vous serez amené à travailler en étroite collaboration avec des clients internes à travers le Canada.
  3. Bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office (Excel, Word et Outlook).
