In light of our rapidly expanding Leadership programs, Trinity Western University is seeking experienced professionals to fill Full-time Sessional Faculty positions. The ideal candidates should possess a doctoral degree in Leadership, Business, or a related field, and have considerable leadership experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Teach in Master of Arts in Leadership program and/or Bachelor of Arts in Leadership program at the TWU-Richmond and TWU-Langley campuses
  • Develop and deliver high-quality academic content in Leadership-related courses
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Leadership programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve academic and program goals
