Equipment Management

  • Guarantee a seamless event experience through precise and timely setup, operation, and dismantling of audiovisual equipment.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct on-site meetings with clients to ensure their requirements are met and equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Monitor events and maintain regular communication with clients throughout.

Technical Proficiency

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of technical operations and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and software issues.
  • Address equipment challenges and modifications promptly and professionally.

Operational Knowledge

  • Comprehend company protocols, adhere to procedures, and accurately complete necessary documentation.
  • Utilize equipment schedules to determine setup and breakdown requirements, collaborating with staff and external vendors as needed.
  • Enhance revenue through effective upselling techniques.
  • Assist clients in finalizing invoices.
  • Complete order entries in the designated system as required.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree is preferred.
  • One year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • One year of experience in audiovisual technology or a related educational environment is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for team members who may operate company vehicles.
  • Additional requirements may apply as necessary.
