Senior UI Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer to join our team at People Can Fly Studio. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for creating cutting-edge UI features for our AAA action-adventure games.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of UI features, from user interface design to implementation and optimization. You will collaborate closely with artists, designers, and gameplay developers to ensure that our UI features meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement UI features that are visually appealing, intuitive, and meet the needs of our players.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that UI features are integrated seamlessly into the game.
  • Optimize UI features for performance, ensuring that they run smoothly on a variety of hardware configurations.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets our team's coding standards.
  • Test and debug UI features to ensure that they meet our quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our UI features.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in C++ programming.
  • Knowledge and experience of Unreal Engine 4.
  • 6 years of experience in developing and testing UI features across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of rendering, threading, networking, and other systems impacting quality and performance.
  • Understanding of UMG optimization techniques.
  • Strong debugging and profiling skills.
  • Ability to write solid, reliable, efficient code.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Open-minded team player attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
  • Passionate about playing and making video games.
