Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Success Manager (TSM) to enhance our customer experience and support the integration of security within their Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps initiatives through the Snyk Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison, providing expert guidance to customers and fostering trust-based relationships with their engineering and security teams.
  • Design and implement tailored onboarding programs that align with customers' security objectives using Snyk's product suite.
  • Advocate for customer needs within Snyk, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams to identify growth opportunities and address potential challenges.
  • Prepare and lead strategic customer interactions, including business reviews, training sessions, and product feedback discussions.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or certification in a technical discipline such as computer science or engineering.
  • Proven experience in leading technical programs with a focus on delivering business value and achieving successful outcomes.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role, working with executives and technical teams to address complex business challenges using advanced technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences from end-users to executives; a background in development or coding is advantageous.
  • Experience in leading transformation projects in both technical and non-technical capacities, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across various functional teams.
