About the Role

EHN Canada is a leading provider of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment services. We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with various mental health concerns.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and referral agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counselling, psychology, social work).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience working with individuals with mental health concerns.
  • Current registration with a regulated professional College (e.g., Canadian Certified Counsellor, College of Social Workers).
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT) and ability to work within a trauma-informed framework.
