- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and referral agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counselling, psychology, social work).
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience working with individuals with mental health concerns.
- Current registration with a regulated professional College (e.g., Canadian Certified Counsellor, College of Social Workers).
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT) and ability to work within a trauma-informed framework.
