About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant at BCJobs. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers into our store in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
  2. Needs Assessment: Initiate consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn about customers' preferences and needs.
  3. Product Recommendations: Assist customers in finding the perfect product through honest and confident feedback based on style, function, and fit.
  4. Technical Support: Perform basic technical measurement and adjustments of products (training provided).
  5. Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders and process customer payment transactions.
  6. Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  7. Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing store procedures, and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements and Work Conditions
  1. Previous Experience: You have previous retail sales or customer service experience.
  2. Excellent Communication: You have excellent communication skills and a great attitude towards customer service.
  3. Technical Skills: You have excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  4. Adaptability: You demonstrate initiative in learning and understanding new products, services, and promotional offerings.
  5. Team Player: You are committed to driving sales and working as a team to achieve store targets.
  6. Flexibility: You have a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
