We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone - Peterborough. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, promoting our professional skincare products, and delivering a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients
  • Explain treatment options and make recommendations on product purchases and facial frequency
  • Develop a strong understanding of our skincare lines and products to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless client experiences and maintain a professional work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings
Qualifications:
  • Esthetic diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of skincare lines and products
  • Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a strong desire to help others
  • Schedule flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow with our team
