About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Leader to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic objectives and contributing to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Establish and lead major departments, delegating authority to senior staff and creating optimal working conditions.
  • Represent the organization in official functions, negotiating and communicating on behalf of the organization.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing necessary authority and support.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, establish financial and administrative controls, and oversee human resources planning.

Supervision and Teamwork

  • Lead a team of 1 to 2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.

Security and Safety

  • Meet the requirements for bondability.

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills.
