Our firm collaborates with clients worldwide to design, develop, and improve smart, safe, and sustainable environments where individuals can live, work, learn, and flourish. As a member of our Programme and Project Management team, you will play a key role in delivering some of the most significant and iconic projects in the industry, collaborating with top-tier talent. Your enthusiasm, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in achieving transformative results for a variety of clients on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assess proposals and change orders Oversee projects from inception to completion, including due diligence, conceptual design, and detailed design phases Provide technical guidance, design evaluation, and detailed design for multiple concurrent land development projects, focusing on commercial, industrial, and residential mixed-use site plans Lead and/or independently develop Functional Servicing reports to support potential land development initiatives Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals Mentor and supervise project engineers and technologists Ensure client requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively Participate in business development efforts with new and existing clients, including preparing fee proposals Manage project finances and overall project management responsibilitiesQualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
7 to 10 years of relevant experience Proven experience in land development projects within urban settings Direct involvement with the design and approval processes for projects across various municipalities Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies applicable to land development Degree or diploma in Civil EngineeringAdditional Information:
