Our Facilities Operations team is responsible for ensuring the hygiene, stability, and proactive identification of issues across our various business units, with a particular emphasis on endpoint management, infrastructure reliability, and performance optimization.
The responsibilities of this role include conducting thorough health assessments of the desktop ecosystem, which encompasses operating system and application updates, hardware capacity evaluations, and maintaining standardized configurations across diverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in proactive monitoring and alert management to swiftly address potential issues.
- Collaborate with various resolution and escalation teams to uphold the operational integrity of the end-user environment.
- Validate data sets and perform comprehensive analyses to identify trends and new insights.
- Report findings to teams and management on a global scale.
- Escalate critical issues to management and relevant departments as necessary.
- Coordinate with risk, audit, and asset management teams to deliver regulatory compliance programs related to IT hardware asset management.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in data validation and reconciliation concerning inventory management.
- Exceptional at tracking numerous tasks and ensuring governance in line with established policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.
- Solid working knowledge of ServiceNow and End-to-End Asset Management.
- Demonstrated people management and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and project management abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of Risk Management principles.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, SQL, ServiceNow, Splunk, and Jira.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities and the overall health of our IT environment.
