Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food to order, following McDonald's quality and safety standards.
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to McDonald's high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment, and store them properly.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive and store inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment.
    • Count and reconcile inventory, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using clear and respectful language.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • No prior experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
    • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
