Food Service Team Member

This role involves providing exceptional customer service as a member of the McDonald's team. Key responsibilities include clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs, as well as sanitizing and washing dishes and other items by hand. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Housekeeping and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.

Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; willingness to relocate; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; physically demanding work; standing for extended periods; and ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
