Job Title: Corporate SecretaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Secretary to join our team at the University of Prince Edward Island. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our executive committees and boards of directors.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile data to prepare documents and reports for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors.
- Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports to support decision-making.
- Meet with individuals, special interest groups, and others to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action.
- Liaise with departmental and corporate officials, as well as other organizations and associations, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Master's degree in Law (LLB, JD, BCL) or Public Administration.
- 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
