Plumber - Installation and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Diamond Heights Homes Ltd. as an Installation and Maintenance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Installation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
- Training and Development: Instruct apprentices in plumbing techniques and best practices.
- Site Preparation: Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
- Pipe Fitting and Testing: Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, and test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
- Piping System Requirements: Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
- Pipe Fabrication: Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in plumbing.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
