Job Summary

We are seeking a Delivery Driver/Helper to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering our products to customers' homes in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. You will work together with your team to exceed goals and expectations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by delivering products to customers' homes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work together with your team to alternate between driving and helping capacities.
  • Safely operate our automatic 5-ton trucks.
  • Handle and assemble products into customers' homes while following all health and safety procedures.
  • Complete required paperwork for each delivery.
  • Contribute to the success of the Operations team by exceeding goals and expectations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift and move large items up to 88lbs (40kg).
  • Ability to work a flexible shift, including evenings and weekends.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience operating a 5-ton vehicle or larger is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in a warehouse or delivery environment is considered an asset.
