Casino de Charlevoix is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. Located in a prestigious resort complex, our Casino offers a stimulating work environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and Assisting Guests with courtesy and personalized service;
- Providing Information about services, games, special events, and local tourist activities;
- Assisting Arriving Bus Groups, registering them for our rewards program, and providing necessary information;
- Promoting Our Rewards Program sign-ups;
- Conducting Guided Tours for customers, organized groups, and special guests;
- Ensuring Accurate Monetary Transactions and inventory control;
- Handling Customer Feedback and resolving conflicts when necessary.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 Years Relevant Experience in customer service or a related field;
- Strong Customer Service Skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences;
- Excellent English Language Proficiency;
- Team Player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills;
- Knowledge of the Region and Tourist Attractions;
- Ability to Work on a Computer System;
- Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills;
- Availability to Work Different Shifts;
