Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dealer Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our casino operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the supervision and security of multiple table games and dealers within an assigned section.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor games, player tracking, and reports large buy-ins, cash-outs, table swings, and suspicious play or behavior
  • Develop and mentor dealers through daily coaching and feedback
  • Ensure the integrity of games by adhering to government regulations, internal controls, and department policies and procedures
  • Handle conflict resolution and provide comps as necessary
  • Participate in department and company development initiatives, such as promotional ideas and increasing headcount
  • Report wins and losses
  • Ensure the security of assets during emergencies, such as fire alarms or power failures
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including guests, ownership, employees, vendors, and regulators
  • Comply with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements
Requirements
  • Embody the CB Canada culture and philosophy, with a playful, infectious, and guest-centric attitude
  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent required
  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a casino setting, is an asset
  • Casino table games experience is required
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing employees is required
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are required
  • Proven technical abilities, game mix, and knowledge of gaming policy and procedures are required
  • Satisfactory attendance is required
  • Exceptional communication, negotiating, and conversational skills are required
  • Proven sound judgment and decision-making skills are required
  • Proven ability to be organized, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, trustworthy, diligent in duties and responsibilities, and a team player is required
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is required
Work Environment

Regular casino environment, standing for long periods, some exposure to noise, and non-traditional work hours
