  • Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Baking: Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, including custom cakes and baked goods.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products.
