Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide professional support to our surface land team. The successful candidate will be responsible for staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements pertaining to land administration, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the surface land team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry developments related to land administration.
- Assist with project management, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and tracking progress.
- Develop and maintain databases and project management systems to support land administration activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in land administration or a related field, preferably in the energy sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with land and right of way databases and project management systems.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration, environmental studies, or a related field.
