Rainbow Concrete Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled Dispatcher, Plant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor shipments and track inventory levels to optimize logistics.
  • Stay up-to-date on cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance.
  • Operate radio equipment and dispatch management software to coordinate activities.
  • Process and transmit information to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Take customer orders and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
