Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at City Welding Sudbury (2015) Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Carefully inspect incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Accurately record and maintain all inventory, shipments, and receipts in our internal system.
  • Record Shortages and Reject Damaged Goods: Identify and record any shortages or damaged goods, and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
  • Pack and Unpack Goods: Safely pack and unpack goods for shipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading of Goods: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Pay and Receive Payments: Process payments for goods received and ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification.
