- Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate data to inform our business decisions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, standing for extended periods, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
