The Market Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting management with data-driven insights to inform business decisions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Insights: Collect and interpret data from various sources, including social intelligence, industry publications, internal transactions, NPS, Salesforce, MS BI, and others, to identify patterns and better understand customers and partners.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Gather information on competitors and analyze their products, prices, and methods of going to market.
  • Market Dynamics: Provide insights on relevant market research and operational information, including competition landscape, growth trajectories, pricing strategies, and other data analysis.
  • Strategic Pricing Analysis: Implement and manage internal pricing strategies, including dynamic pricing models, tiered pricing structures, and value-based pricing approaches.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Analyze potential market and product gaps across the Company's new and existing portfolio.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of internal pricing and product strategies by performing post-hoc analysis.
  • Regional Analysis: Maintain in-depth knowledge of designated regional markets and trends through reading reports, market research, internal team insights, data manipulation, and financial modeling and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (and/or Master's) in Finance, Business, Accounting, Data Science, or Math/Statistics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of similar professional experience is required.
  • CPA/MBA or other relevant qualification is an asset.
Skills and Abilities
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills.
  • Strong financial modeling skills, along with an understanding of financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional computer skills with expertise in MS Excel (formulas), Salesforce, Power BI, and working with a large ERP/Financial System.
  • Sound business acumen, client-service orientation with a proven commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
