We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our design team and drive the creative direction of SmartSweets. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive visual identity strategy that aligns with our brand's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of designers to deliver high-quality visual assets that meet our brand's standards.
- Develop and maintain a strong visual identity that reflects our brand's personality and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in visual branding across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our visual identity remains fresh and relevant.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of visual assets.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful visual identity strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
